Updates in Amyloidosis CME Conference, January 29 & 30, 2027
January 2027 marks our fifth year. The conference has grown every year, bringing together clinicians, researchers, allied health professionals, patients, and caregivers to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care of amyloidosis. Including patients and caregivers alongside the medical community remains one of our greatest strengths, pairing clinical expertise with lived experience.
What’s new this year: The conference expands to two full days, allowing deeper coverage of emerging topics and more time for discussion. We’re also adding more patient and caregiver sessions, giving patients a platform to share their experiences, caregivers a chance to connect with experts and peers, and clinicians' insights that support patient-centered care.
Agenda topics: Surveillance, gene editing therapeutics, RNAi therapies, next-gen stabilizers, antibody/deplete approaches, imaging biomarkers, AI-enhanced diagnosis, blood-based/subclinical biomarkers, asymptomatic carrier screening, combination/sequencing therapy, policy and health system integration, and health equity/quality of care.
